* As Behavioural Analysis 2026 takes place in the Poland, only delegates from the UK are subject to VAT at 20%. The rates advertised are not inclusive of VAT.

For those organisations that wish to book FOUR or more delegates places, there is a Group Rate available. Please email gchahal@behaviouralanalysis.com to find out more about the Group Rate, with the number of delegates you wish to register.

Students and charities will be eligible for a 50% discount on the prevailing rate. Apply for the discount code by emailing gchahal@behaviouralanalysis.com with your name, the name of your academic institution/charity and subject of study (only applicable for students). Applications for the discounted rate MUST be made from your academic email or charity’s email address.

Conference Hours:

Wednesday 16th September: 0900-1730
Thursday 17th September: 0900-1730
Friday 18th September: 0900-1300 (plus tour 1300-2030 – see VENUE page)

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings made at the Advanced Booking Rate or Late Booking Rate are not eligible for any refund.

Bookings made at the Launch Rate, Early Booking Rate and Standard Rate are eligible to a 50% refund if cancellation is made by Wednesday 22nd July 2026.

Bookings made at the Launch Rate, Early Booking Rate and Standard Rate are eligible for a 25% refund if cancellation is made by Wednesday 19th August 2026.

There will be no refunds made for any cancellations from Thursday 20th August 2026 onwards.
